Rendrag Networks offers a variety of Hosting Plans, You can choose between Linux (PHP + MySQL - PostgreSQL available on request), or Windows (PHP or ASP.NET 2 or 4 + MySQL or MSSQL). And choose between Managed or UnManaged Plans. We primarily host using the Plesk control panel - this allows clients to manage their own web, mail, dns, etc settings, without needing to contact us. Technical support for our hosting plans is primarily provided via Support Ticket system. If you need Phone support, please see our Managed Linux Hosting plans. Backed by our Citrix XenServer cluster, with RAID-6 SAN, and provided plenty of CPU cores and RAM, we're quite impressed with how well plesk handles things!

If you have a more heavily-loaded website, or require a standalone web hosting solution to maintain full Virtual-Machine level separation with other websites for security purposes, please don't hesitate to contact us - we can provide such solutions at a very competitive price, compared to shared hosting packages!

All servers are backed up every 6 hours to a local backup storage server, as well as mirrored offsite every 12 hours, allowing for quite a range of recovery options. We also provide daily-snapshot backups for a number of customers, allowing them to recover data from any day in the last 2-3 years, should they require it for auditing and data verification purposes.

Payment Options

Hosting Plans may be taken out on a Monthly, Quarterly, Six-monthly, or Annual basis. Six-monthly payments attract a 5% discount, and Annual payments attract a 10% discount.

Linux Hosting

Our base-rate plans. Perfect for customers who require 'low-cost' hosting, but still maintining the performance of an uncontended Australian-hosted solution. Support for these plans is primarily via support-ticket , and is suggested for organisations with an in-house, or easily accessible tech-savvy user.

Managed Linux Hosting

These are our 'regular' hosting plans - Aimed at business who do not have in-house IT staff, or ready access to a tech-savvy user, and want to be able to pickup the phone and talk tosomeone who can talk them through email issues, instruct staff on managing content on their website, etc. You manage your web content, whether it be through FrontPage/Dreamweaver/etc, or through a CMS built into the website. We look after maintaining software versions on your website,providing your staff with tech support for site editing, email problems, etc.

Windows Hosting

Running PHP5, and .NET framework versions 2 and 4, backed with MySQL 5.1 and MSSQL 2008. Our Windows Hosting plans also include Plesk one-click-install packages, for fast and easy website setup.
